I did some flying from Seattle into the Olympic Mountains with my T-6B Texan II from IRIS Simulations today.
The view is really nice at times. But Prepar3d v2.5 still seems to have some problems with blurry ground textures when using photo scenery.
Another thing I’m missing is some nice autogen trees. The photo scenery made all terrain flat which doesn’t look very nice when flying low above the ground.
I already made some good looking autogen for my hometown with the excellent tools from scenerydesign.org. I will try if I can put some trees onto the flat photo scenery.
I’m very pleased with the combination of Active Sky Next + REX Texture Direct + REX Soft Clouds. The result is really nice to look at^^
Welcome to my little Flightsim Blog.
Not much here yet, but I installed WordPress and put some work into the theme.
Also uploaded a few screenshots of a few rounds around Tribhuvan International Airport (Nepal, VNKT) after fixing the nice Thai Creations scenery for P3D v2.5.
More about scenery fixing and tweaking in the future!
